Analyse Media Group B.V. and all those affiliated with and those companies that are part of the European Media Partner group and affiliated companies within the European Union (hereafter referred to as European Media Partner) established at Keizersgracht 424, 1016 GC in Amsterdam, is responsible for the correct processing of personal data as shown in this privacy statement.
European Media Partner will handle all personal data with as much care as possible.
Personal details are data that can directly or indirectly be traced back to you and that are left behind in order to make use of our services. We use the personal data that you have given us or that for which it was clear when upon application that the details have been given to us for processing and saving, and for informing you about our duties and company activities.
European Media Partner needs your personal data in order to conclude and execute contracts, to execute company activities, to manage administrative duties and to adhere to legal requirements.

How long do we save the personal data for
European Media Partner does not save your personal data any longer than absolutely necessary for realizing the purposes for which the data is collected. The legislation knows several terms, that differ per personal detail and/or per purpose for which the data has been collected.
With regards to tax legislation, a retention period of 7 years is in place.
Sharing data with third parties
European Media Partner only shares your personal data with several third parties if this is necessary for executing agreements and/or company activities and to adhere to legal requirements. If necessary, we settle a contract with companies that process your data commissioned by us, in order to guarantee at least the same level of protection and confidentiality of your data. European Media Partner can also share your personal data with other persons. We only do so with your explicit permission.
You have the right to request to look into your personal details and to receive a copy, you have the right to request a correction to, addition to or the removal of your personal data. Furthermore, you have the right to ask for a reduction of the processing of your details, the right to ask to receive data digitally and the right to transfer requested data (data portability). When the processing of one of your personal details is based on your permission, you have the right to withdraw this permission, without this harming the lawfulness of the procession done before withdrawal.
You have the right to object against the processing of your data. Your requests will be dealt with in compliance with the GDPR. The GDPR states amongst other things that your request for removal cannot be granted when those details are needed to execute a legal requirement. We respond to your request as soon as possible, but at least within a month.
To be certain that the request has been made by you, we can ask you for further information to gain clarity about your identity. We also want to point out that you have the possibility to file a complaint with the national watchdog, the authority responsible for personal details.
When you do not share your personal data with us, or no longer share this with us, we might be unable to execute agreements and we can no longer adhere to our contractual or legal requirement, which means we cannot conclude or continue those with you.
European Media Partner will process and protect your personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and in a reasonable and suitable way. This to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and illegal changes. Automated decision making
European Media Partner does not take decisions that can have (serious) consequences for people on the basis of automated processing. This goes for decisions that are made by computer programs or –systems without human interference (for example a European Media Partner employee).
