Say “Hi!” to Roos Naftaniel

This week, we want to introduce you all to one of our senior campaign managers. Roos Naftaniel has been working with us for a year now, so it seems only fair to show you the face behind the sales mails.

Who are you?
“My name is Roos Naftaniel, I’m 28 years old. Right now, I’m living in Amsterdam, but I’m moving to Badhoevedorp next week.”

 

How many projects have you done?
“Right now I’m working on my fifth project, which is the Christmas Guide that will be distributed with Algemeen Dagblad.”

 

What project are you most proud of?
“On the one hand my Dreamhomes campaign, that was distributed with Het Financieele Dagblad, because of the high turnover. But on the other hand I’m also very proud of the Summerguide I did that was distributed with Het Parool, because that one had some really great ads.”

 

What’s your best advice for new campaign managers?
“Don’t give up, even when you really think you will not make it. You can always do more than you think. Accept the challenges and you will grow.”

 

What do you like to do when you’re not working?
“Food is my biggest passion. I love testing all the restaurants I can find to try all types of food. I can also talk about food for hours. Next to that, I love shopping. I find that really relaxing.”

Any company gossip?
“Plenty. ;)”

 

Tell us about your best deal?
“That was in my second campaign, Business Travel. It was a cross media sale: a full page in print and 5.000 readers online. With a very low discount. The customer was in L.A. on business, and while she was making the deal she was also ordering a cup of coffee at Starbucks. Very casual!”
